Dear Lifesource,
We would like to express our deep appreciation to your company for assigning us the most compassionate and caring of nurses. Lori was always both a professional and friend. She was not there just for R & R, but for us and for our aides. There was never a time when Lori did not promptly respond to our phone calls even if they were after hours or on her days off. She discussed everything with us and made her nursing decisions based on what was best for all involved. She always had a cheerful disposition s and took the time to chat with R & R. Lori was never bothered if they didn’t know who she was or why she was there, she joyfully participated in whatever moment they happened to be in. Her personal care was both gentle and efficient and to us she performed the near impossible when R’s bed sore actually got better@ Lori was always available to explain things to our health care aides and she never forgot to inquire about them too. Hospice involved not just the patient, but also the family and caregivers and Lori always made herself available to all of us. We cannot praise her enough. Any family that has a loved one in hospice care would be blessed to have Lori share that journey with them. Thank you again for assigning us such a wonderful person.
