The Foundation for HOPE was created to establish a fund that provides hospice services to families in need of financial assistance, to underwrite continuing education for hospice professionals, and to enhance community awareness of the needs of the terminally ill. The Foundation offers two programs for patients and families. The Compassionate Response program makes immediate gifts to hospice patients and families as defined by hospice caregivers. The Realize a Dream program provides aid in the realization of a wish or dream of a patient or family. The Foundation is administered by a Board of Directors and has a tax-exempt status (501C3), thus all donations are tax deductible.
