4. Did hospice staff provide effective emotional support for you in preparing for the death of your loved one? Yes. The writer added: “Prepared me emotionally. Nancy called to update me frequently.”

6. Comments: “Excellent staff. I had several small cries too with my brother and yet he was so brave and the meds kept him calm.”
